In this article, we take a look at some of the most interesting products that we have seen at CES2021. The COVID19 pandemic has obviously affected CES2021, not just because the event has become a remote happening, but also because many products exhibited at the show are directly related to ways to stay safe from COVID19.

We have chosen 9 products from three categories – COVID19, Tech, Food – that we consider worth to be reviewed and shared them with you…Which one of these is your favorite?

Lexon – Oblio

During the COVID19 pandemic using products like Oblio could considerably reduce some risks. After all, while we still use daily our phones, it’s hard to keep those germs and viruses free.

Oblio is a wireless phone charger, but also an efficient UV-C sanitizer, and it can help stop the spreading of harmful bacteria that are found on our smartphones thanks to a built-in UV-C LED located on its front interior that eradicates the DNA of microorganisms found in viruses, mold, and germs.

Capable of completely sanitizing a single surface at a time, Oblio can deliver a 360° disinfection by simply flipping the phone to expose its second surface for a 20-minute cycle. Oblio is also able to fully charge a smartphone in three hours.

LUFTQI – the LUFT Duo

Developed by LUFTQI, a Taiwanese brand, the LUFT Duo is a game-changer in the field of air purifiers because doesn’t require expensive filter replacements, and uses UVA LED and photocatalytic tech to zap dust, pollen, mold, and pathogens down to the molecule.

An ideal product for those with allergies or asthma, who live in built-up, congested areas, it can easily be brought anywhere it is needed because of its portable size.

AccYOUrate – Smart YouSafe Mask

The last COVID19-related products of our review will, obviously, have to be a mask. YOUSAFE mask thanks to its design fits perfectly to your nose, cheekbones, and chin adapting to any face type and shape.

YOUSAFE Mask also uses innovative textile materials: it is biocompatible and eco-sustainable, as it maintains unaltered functionality for 30 washing cycles.

Typewise

Our review of tech products starts with Typewise 3.0 which is a virtual keyboard for smartphones that features new auto-correction technology.

Typewise 3.0 has been developed to further speed up smartphone typing, with the support of Innosuisse, the Swiss Agency for Innovation. This new version, available in early 2021, is designed for smartphones to increase efficiency as user experience, conventional keyboards result in around 1 in 5 words having a typo. Typewise reduces those typos by 80% and results in 33% faster typing speeds.

Typewise will also be able to automatically recognize the language of which the user is currently typing and switch to that language, preventing any incorrect words from entering the user’s work, without having to change the language in the settings

Flywallet – Keyble

Flywallet, the Italian startup for Fintech and Wearable has introduced at CES a new product: Keyble. Keyble is a high-tech wearable device that incorporates multiple biometric authentication capabilities to allow the user to prove his/her identity for enabling contactless payments, similar to PPC management for attorneys.

In addition, Keyble incorporates biosensing technology allowing the user to keep track of their vital signs and even share this data securely with other services.

Nomadplug

A cool item for when we will start to travel again is the Nomadplug. The Nomadplug is different compared to traditional bulky travel adapters: it works in all 195 countries, is compact, and modular.

Nomadplug’s USB-C charger allows you to charge laptops and mobile phones. The design prevents the plug from slipping out of wall sockets. All the parts are earth magnet interlocking modules configured in multiple ways so you can’t lose any parts.

Lify – Smart Herbal Brewer

The final focus of this article will be on food-related products. Answering the rising demand for superfoods, Lify’s Smart Herbal Brewer offers a fast and efficient way to extract herbal ingredients.

The Lify Smart Herbal Brewer is also an IoT smart home appliance where users can control and customize their brewing methods (temperature, volume, and extraction time) to their liking. Users can also get recommendations on which wellness formula to drink based on their body conditions, moods, etc…

Each Lify Herbal Disc is packed and tested rigorously (against harmful materials like heavy metals, pesticide residues, etc) to ensure maximum freshness and food safety. Lify Herbal Discs are also eco-friendly and compostable at regular landfills in just 2 years, a far more sustainable and convenient solution than other beverage capsules in the market.

Millo

Millo is an innovative blender that includes two innovations into one – because of its compact Magnetic Air Drive it is smaller, making it more portable and easier to use on a daily basis, and the firmware housed in its base makes it the “smart”. Millo utilizes for the first time in a household appliance a brushless motor technology that was first developed for drones.

Also, the blades are not connected to the base, and the entire blender can be separated into two easily packed pieces for added portability. With its universal Type C USB port it will be is charged in two hours and used anywhere.
