It’s no secret exercise is great for your physical appearance. 10. Wilder Sex Life

Ok, good, do I have your attention? Who doesn’t want to improve their sex life? Staying in shape doesn’t just help you look great, but it also has the power to boost your sex drive.

Research shows that exercise increases your testosterone levels, increases your blood flow “down there,” and even will heighten your orgasms!

Exercise also improves your stamina, which will allow for marathon love making sessions.

Being active makes you look and feel great! That confidence surely will carry on into the bedroom.

9. Better Posture

It’s statistically evident that a healthy lifestyle translates into a longer life, but it may surprise you the powerful role that consistent exercise plays.

A recent study has discovered that 65 percent of people, who exercise regularly, regardless of the time of day they exercise, get a good night’s slept.

5. Your Creative Juices will Flow

New research in Neuroscience has concluded that those who exercise regularly preformed much better in creativity tests compared to non-exercisers.securedownload-1So why does exercise heighten creativity? This is because aerobic exercise boosts simultaneously the overall size of the prefrontal cerebral cortex and promotes intercommunication between it and the amygdala.  This produces creativity because the prefrontal cerebral cortex helps control the amygdala’s panic and distress signals.

4. You’ll Have More Energy

Although working out may feel like it’s depleting your energy, in reality consistent exercise can actually make you feel more energized throughout the rest of your day.

Studies show that working out midday has the power to enhance your energy levels, thus leading to a more productive day.

 3. All around better mood and attitude

When you work out, your body secretes chemicals known as endorphins. Endorphins have interaction together with the receptors in your brain that decreases your perception of pain. They also trigger a positive feeling in the body which improves self-esteem and is an essential psychological advantage; this feeling is described as “euphonic.” A “runner’s high” can help produce a positive and invigorating outlook on life. 1513716_10201277140550650_1574584768_n
