Shape Your Future With Tom Szaky, CEO of TerraCycle

byShape Your Future - Editorial Board
September 24, 2019
in Men, Shape Your Future

Tom Szaky is the CEO of TerraCycle, a social enterprise on a mission to eliminate the idea of waste. In 2001, Tom dropped out of Princeton University to launch a fertilizer company based on worm poop. Over the years, the company has grown into a leader in eco-capitalism and upcycling so that, by today, Tom’s organization collects over 50 different waste streams across 20 countries by offering many easy-to-use recycling platforms that are making recycling accessible to everyone.

In addition, Terracycle recently launched Loop — a system that allows a variety of food, household, and personal care products to be shipped to consumers in reusable containers.

Tom and I recently sat down in the studio for an interview. Here’s what he had to say.
