DeepH, The New App To Help Your Mental & Physical Health

byOlga Pavuka - DeepH

in Health, Society, Start-up, Tech

Mental health is a serious issue. Even before the pandemic hit, rates of depression and anxiety were rising globally.  All the virus-caused losses of lives, jobs, social connections, and freedoms have led to a severe increase in mental illness worldwide.

Available on iOS and Android, the DeepH App was created to support people on the path to better mental and physical health, happiness, and profound healing. DeepH app could be the key to reach a healthier life, achieve higher energy levels, become more fit, and get more relaxed.

No one would question that, as individuals, we are responsible for our own health, after all, we are the only ones who can change our own behavior. There is no better way to create a healthier, happier world on a collective level without personal inner work, and the DeepH App, could be an easy-to-use tool to achieve just that.

The DeepH team, in collaboration with doctors, meditators, spiritual practitioners, and mathematicians, has created an algorithm that analyses your activity, vitals, and health parameters to provide you:

  • The DeepH Energy Level – a real-time indicator of your wellbeing, mental balance, and vitality.
  • Instant Feedback – you can get immediate feedback and personal recommendations on your weight, activity level, workout intensity, sleep duration, meditation time, and resting heart rate based on your age.
  • DeepH Cosmic Meditations – created by spiritual practitioners from around the world, can improve sleep and relaxation, reduce anxiety, and open hearts to unconditional love and compassion.
  • The DeepH Blog devoted to physical and mental health, joy, consciousness, energy, spirit, and collective evolution to open your mind.

And you can sync all your health data in one place: If you track your activity using your smartphone, Apple Health, Google Fit, fitness trackers, medical devices, or other health and fitness apps for IOS and Android, they can all be sync to your DeepH profile.

The pandemic has highlighted the inadequacy of existing tools for coping with mental health problems. It’s not just about the inability or limited access to mental health services during COVID19 lockdowns, it’s also about drugs like traditional antidepressants that could be only a partial solution.

It is also getting clear that what really matters for every person are health, happiness, mental wellbeing, inner peace, and connection with nature. Considering these, we should perceive the world we are living in like a gigantic living organism, which we humans are part of: our health is tied to air, water, and food from the earth.  Connecting with nature is beneficial for both our physical and mental health, caring for ourselves and the biosphere would reward also other humans with improved health and happiness.

We cannot solve our current problems with the same thought processing that has caused them. Instead, we need to find ways to improve our conditions. As individuals, we should be aware of the importance of taking action: If we take small steps at a personal level, we can be the spark to start the change at a community and global level. Consulting a naturopathic doctor edmonton and working on your mental and physical health will not just impact your wellbeing, but everyone around you.
