Episode 4 of the short film series “Climate . Change” features Dr. Elizabeth Latham, PhD, Founder of Bezoar Laboratories. In this episode, Elizabeth presents her exceptional patented innovation: a probiotic formulation fed to cattle that reduces by 50% their daily emissions of methane, which is responsible for no less than 25% of climate change. An extraordinary discovery, which not only decreases methane emissions, but also increases animal product, decreases food pathogens by 300% and prevents nitrate poisoning in cattle, thus making meat and dairy sustainably safer and cheaper to produce.

“Climate . Change” is a short documentary series directed by Thierry Daher & Julie Benasra and produced by Positive Solutions (www.positivesolutions.net) with the support of Solutions & Co.
