Jennifer Tisdel Schorsch, President of Water.org, has expertise in building organizations that last and a passion for empowering women and girls. Jennifer oversees organizational strategy and growth and works with her global team to drive impact.

Prior to joining Water.org in 2011, she helped build Starbucks from a 150-store regional company to a global brand. She began her career in management consulting at Bain & Company. Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
