Debra Lancaster is the Executive Director of the Center for Women and Work at Rutgers University where she focuses on research, education, and programming that promotes economic and social equity for women, their families, and communities. Prior to joining Rutgers, she served the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, where she led efforts to modernize programming and systems to support women, children, and families challenged by trauma, poverty, intimate partner violence and mental health and substance use disorders. __________________________________________________________________________________________________
Yana van der Meulen Rodgers is the Faculty Director of the Center for Women and Work at Rutgers University. She is also a Professor in the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations, and in the Department of Women's and Gender Studies. Yana specializes in using quantitative methods and large data sets to conduct research on women's health, labor market status, and well-being. She has worked regularly as a consultant for the World Bank, the United Nations, and the Asian Development Bank.
