Forrest Watkins is Development & Grant Writer for Solstice, an American social enterprise with the mission of bringing affordable solar access to every American. He graduated from Whitman College in 2014 with a BA in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology (BBMB) and Spanish, spent a year teaching English in China through Princeton in Asia, and has spent the intervening years writing about climate change and the energy transition–first through a two-year, 20,000 km bicycle tour, and then through his work at Solstice.
