Mr. Christian Peters is Programme Manager for Financial Instruments at the European Commission's DG for International Cooperation and Development.
He served several years as head of economic and trade section at the EU Delegation to Ghana and as economic advisor at the EU Delegation to Zambia.
Mr Peters is a graduate economist from the University of Cologne and the Toulouse School of Economics.
