Sparxell’s patented technology employs structural colour principles – the same phenomenon behind the vivid colour of butterfly wings and peacock feathers – to produce an array of world-first high-performance colourants that are certified marine-and freshwater-biodegradable. Founded in 2023 as a spin-out from the University of Cambridge and partnering with over 100 global brands and manufacturers, Sparxell is transforming colour as we know it.
