Dr. Shepherd Mutsvara is a Research Fellow – COFUND “Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship” at the University of Münster, Germany. His research focuses on the refugee definition, EU asylum law, Africa’s refugee protection, and border externalization. His wider research interests include economic migration, racism and discrimination in the context of human (im)mobility.
