Paul Donowitz leads Global Witness’ Myanmar Extractive team. Since 2008 his work has focused on development and natural resources in Myanmar, living from 2013 to 2017 in Yangon, as a Senior Consultant to the Asian Development Bank (ADB), leading projects on civil society engagement, context-sensitivity and designing support to the government of Myanmar on safeguards for development projects. His previous work includes overseeing global and Myanmar campaigns for EarthRights International.
