Nathan Sermonis is president and co-founder of Vittoria Energy Expedition, a travel-inspired nonprofit exploring energy solutions through outdoor adventure. A former congressional aide, think tank executive, and foreign policy adviser, he is now studying solar microgrid design at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.

Andrew Polich is the co-founder of the Vittoria Energy Expedition. Having studied Political Science, French, and European Studies Andrew has long held an interest in renewable energy, particularly since he studied abroad in France and discovered a whole new approach to energy. Previously Andrew worked in Congressional Relations at the U.S. Institute of Peace, representing USIP on Capitol Hill and at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development.
