Michele Ziosi has over 20 years of experience, having occupied several institutional relations and sustainability positions in different companies and countries across Europe. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy. He started his career as Project Manager, Marketing and Product Development at CASE Construction, based in Berlin, Germany. In 2002 he worked as Business Development Manager for Fiat Powertrain Technologies in Lyon, France.
From 2003 to 2006 he was Institutional Relations and Environmental Policies Manager at Fiat Group Automobiles. Later, while living in Brussels, Belgium, he worked at the Fiat Group Representative Office to the
European Union in the area of Institutional Relations and Public Policy, joining NGV Italy (Association of Natural Gas Industries for Transport) as Director-General in 2007. From 2008 to 2010 he served as an advisor to a Member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC)
on transport and energy matters. In 2010 he returned to Fiat Group Automobiles as Head of the Rome Representative Office for Public Affairs.
From 2012 to 2014 he was Head of Institutional and Regulatory Affairs in Italy at Philip Morris International. Michele Ziosi joined CNH Industrial in 2014 as Vice President of Institutional Relations for Europe, Middle East,
Africa and the Asia Pacific. At Iveco Group, he has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Institutional Relations & Sustainability. He is also a member of the board of NGVA Europe (EU Natural & bio Gas Vehicles Association) and the World Energy Council Italy.
