Lindsay leads the Learning and Strategy team at The MasterCard Foundation. Prior to this role, Lindsay Wallace was Deputy Director, Financial Inclusion at the Foundation and managed the Financial Inclusion team and its partnerships. Before joining the Foundation, Lindsay was a Senior Economist and Team Lead of the Economic Growth Unit at the UK Government’s Department for International Development in Rwanda where she was responsible for a variety of programming that strengthened the financial sector, trade links, agriculture and overall economic development. She has extensive experience in private sector development and public sector reform in South America, Africa and Asia.
