I am an economist and Assistant Professor at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University in Krakow, Poland. I focus my research on the nexus of technological and institutional change, and more specifically on four topics: smart cities and their development, the growth of Fintech, the shift to renewable energies, and the theory of collective intelligence.
