Hannah is a 19-year-old student undertaking the second year of her journalism degree at Newcastle University and currently works as a columnist at Impakter. She has produced work on a range of social issues, from covering the UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women to child poverty and minority mental health. She has experience in both local and national news organizations. Her passion for stories that work to uncover inequalities hearing from communities directly affected is what carries her through her journalism. When she's not writing, Hannah loves singing and spending time reading a good book.
