Dr. Ada Ignaciuk is a Senior Economist at the Agricultural Development Economics (ESA) division of the Food and Agriculture Organization, where she leads the Economic and Policy Analysis of Climate Change (EPIC) team. Her main areas of expertise are economics of climate change and sustainable food production. She holds a PhD degree from Wageningen University where she analyzed the emerging bioenergy market. Prior to the FAO, she worked as an economist at the Natural Resources Policy division of Trade and Agricultural department at the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) where she was responsible for providing scientific, technical and policy guidance to the governments on the implementation of climate-friendly agricultural policies.

Jihae Kwon holds a Master's degree in International Development from Seoul National University, and received a B.A. in International Development and a B.A. in Food and Resource Economics from Korea University. She specializes in measurement and quantitative impact assessment of agricultural development projects. Prior to joining FAO, she worked for the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency of Korea and worked in Bolivia as a researcher with the Korean Rural Development Administration (RDA). She also has working experience with the Korean Office for Government Policy Coordination, Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) Forestry Department, and the U.S. Embassy Seoul Economics Department.
