She has worked at the LSE, the Trade and Poverty Unit of the Africa, Least Developed Countries and Special Programs (ALDCs) at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva. Previously, Carolina was the Head of International Relations at the University of Tolima in Colombia. She is interested in trade and development and has participated in multiple research groups, and international cooperation projects.
