Bill Kakenmaster is a Research Assistant at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. He graduated American University with a B.A. in International Relations. He was editor-in-chief of AU’s undergraduate research journal, Clocks and Clouds, and executive editor of AU’s undergraduate policy magazine, the World Mind. Previously, he was a visiting student at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford. A native of Castle Rock, Colorado, he loves hiking, camping, and anything outdoors.
