Beth Allgood - US Country Director for the International Fund for Animal Welfare

Beth Allgood brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of conservation, animal welfare and international development to her role as ifaw’s Country Director for the United States. In this role, Beth leads the planning and implementation of US policy, domestic campaigns, and projects. She also guides ifaw’s work with the US government and international organizations in the US to advance ifaw’s global priorities, and provides thought leadership with research into the link between animals and human wellbeing. Prior to ifaw, Beth held various roles at the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Wildlife Fund, and the Nature Conservancy.
