Ariana R. Levinson is a Professor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where she teaches Evidence and Employment Law, among other subjects. She was awarded a University Distinguished Teaching Award in Recognition of Exemplary Teaching in 2019. ----- Monnica T. Williams is a board-certified clinical psychologist and Canada Research Chair in Mental Health Disparities at the University of Ottawa. Her work focuses on ethnic minority mental health, psychopathology research, and interventions for racism; Dr. Williams has published over 150 scientific articles, primarily on obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and cultural issues. ----- Manzar Zare has double-majored in Law and Clinical Psychology. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Experimental Psychology at the University of Ottawa, where she studies racism and its impacts on minority communities in Canada.
