Ms. Trolle-Lindgren has been working for the United Nations for the past 14 years, with long-standing experience in fundraising and advocacy for humanitarian and development operations across the globe. Ms. Trolle-Lindgren began her career as a Programme Officer working for the World Food Programme (WFP) in its headquarters in Rome, later serving as Head of External Relations in the organization’s office in Jerusalem. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Senior External Relations Officer with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for the Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), in Jerusalem, before joining the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as Coordinator for the European Union. In her current role, Ms. Trolle-Lindgren is leading FAO’s relations with the European Union, a key resource partner to FAO.
