Angela Bell

Angela oversees a small team that works closely with clothing brands and manufacturers that are making in Australia, to ensure their Australian supply chains are legally compliant.

ECA’s accreditation program is focussed on ensuring that local TCF workers are being paid appropriately, receiving all their legal minimum entitlements and working in safe conditions throughout the entire supply chain.

At ECA, Angela reports to a committee of management that is made up of employer, business and union representatives from the textile, clothing and footwear industry.

Angela started her career as a journalist before moving into media and communications, corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability. She has worked in government and the private sector.
