Alie Rose and Francesca Desmarais

Alie Rose is Co-Founder and Head of Education at the CIID. She moved to Denmark in 2006 as one of the founding team members of CIID. Originally from a concept design background, she has 18-years of professional experience working across interaction design, marketing, innovation and business & technology research.

Francesa Desmarais is an Interaction Design Lead with the Innovation Studios at CIID. Working with public and private sector organisations, Francesca leads teams and clients through a people-centred process to develop innovative strategies. She is responsible for driving deep research, creative prototyping and tools, and incorporating distinctive elements like quantitative data into the design process.
