Alexandra French is CEO of Xampla, scaling its natural plant polymer technology into partnerships with leading brands and manufacturers to replace the most polluting plastics. She has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and brings extensive global experience from 25 years at Johnson Matthey and as CEO of an AIM-listed business, as well as being an accredited coach with a track record of building high-performance teams.
