With a Master’s degree in International Relations, Alessia is part of the FAO HQ Fisheries Equitable Livelihoods Team (NFIFL) as ‘Small-scale fisheries and aquaculture livelihoods outreach specialist’; as FAO auditor has contributed to the Internal Quality Audit at FAO SSC Budapest and she is part of the FAO Social Youth-Committee. Currently, she is supporting the International Year of Artisanal Fisheries and Aquaculture (IYAFA 2022)
