Diletta is a mother of two and a passionate sustainability advocate with a special focus on food chain and education. She lived I Italy, US and now is based in Barcelona, Spain.
She designed different formats active in sustainable innovation in the food scenario like Food waste Hackathon and Rescue Dinner.
