Who's ready for summer holiday? What a perfect time to shop for "beachwear" that is sustainable and chic!

Imagine sitting next to the beach during summertime, tan lines on your summer body with perfect beachwear.

However, most beachwear is from “synthetic fabrics” – nylon, polyester, and spandex that absorb sweat and stretch across the body to prevent friction in the water. The fashion industry relies on them because they are cheap and flexible for any body type. This might be the reason why “65 million tons of plastic” are lying around each year.

Plastic has been a huge problem for a long time. It is not biodegradable and most of it ends up in the ocean and landfills, which basically destroy biodiversity.

Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean that we are trying to stop you from enjoying the daylight during summer. There is one more option that is not only accessible, but also gives back to the environment.

So, Wherever you’re going to spend your time sipping pink lemonade under the sun, now is more than the right time to shop for your “Sustainable Beachwear”.

These are our five fun and chic beachwear brands that will make you feel good in this summer !
