Dr. Simon Levy Dabbah is General Director of ProCDMX, since 2012. Elected in 2013 Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and World Cities Summit Young Leader since 2015. Dr Levy holds two MBAs, and a PhD in Law from UNAM, where he now teaches. Journalist and author of several books. Specialized in Chinese Corporate Law, and with experience in Public & Private Associations, Urban, Financial and Economic Development.
