Craig Erickson is the COO and Co-Founder of Harvest Craft. He received his B.A. degree from Biola University in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in International Development. Craig has taken courses in agroecological and permaculture design, as well as Graduate courses in Reforestation. He also continues to act as Eden Project's International Director for Haiti.
