Alex Jones

Alex Jones is the Chief of Donor Relations for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. With an academic background in both conservation agriculture and social psychology he has worked in relief and development programs throughout the world for the last twenty years, living in Afghanistan, Congo, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Nepal and Sudan. He has a keen personal interest in landscape ecology, a multidisciplinary approach to the study of the patterns and interaction between ecosystems within a region of interest, and the way social interactions affect ecological processes.
