Certificate Description
The BREEAM certificate is an international sustainability assessment method for individual buildings, communities, and infrastructure projects.
A BREEAM certificate is evaluated via a third party assessor using BRE standards. Upon certification, a star rating is given that reflects the performance of a given project and allows comparability between projects and provides reassurance to customers and users at their own level of BREEAM achievement. BREEAM rated developments help create sustainable environments that enhance the well-being of people and help protect natural resources.
