OEKO-TEX Leather Standard
Certificate Description
The OEKO-TEX Leather Standard is an internationally recognized testing and certification system for leather and leather goods at all production levels, including accessory materials.
The certification supports companies along the supply chain with the implementation of high human-ecological product safety. It also serves as legally binding verification of successful product certification in all business processes in accordance with Leather Standard.
The standard is developed by OEKO-TEX, which provides independent certifications and product labels enabling companies along the textile chain and all consumers to make responsible decisions in favour of products that are harmless to health, environmentally friendly and manufactured in a fair way.
