Certificate Description
The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program is a food safety and quality program recognized by retailers, brand owners, and food service providers world-wide.
The SQF family of food safety and quality codes are designed to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements for all sectors of the food supply chain – from the farm all the way to the retail stores. It also helps food producers assure their buyers that their food products meet the highest possible global food safety standards.
The standard is developed by the Safe Quality Food Institute (SFQI), a division of the Food Industry Association (FMI), a leading, global food safety and quality certification and management system.
