GreenScreen
Certificate Description
GreenScreen is an independent, non-profit certification standard used by product designers and manufacturers to showcase their use of inherently safer chemicals. Products are certified using the globally recognized GreenScreen for Safer Chemicals suite of tools and each standard was developed with input from a diverse group of global industry sector experts from NGOs, government, academia and business.
Current product certifications include Firefighting Foam, Textile Chemicals, and Furnishings and Fabric. The certificate is developed the Clean Production Action, a tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation that designs and delivers solutions for green chemicals, sustainable materials and environmentally preferable products.
