The Green Restaurant Association Certification Standards provide a transparent way to measure each restaurant’s environmental accomplishments. The certification program also provides a pathway for the next steps each restaurant can take towards increased environmental sustainability. The Standards are developed and managed by the Green Restaurant Association (GRA), which specializes in the research in the field of restaurants and the environment.
