HRC Equidad MX
Certificate Description
The HRC Equidad MX was designed to help employers become LGBTQ-inclusive by assessing corporate practices and policies through an annual survey.
The Mexico-based initiative is the first in-country program in Latin America which led to the creation of HRC Equidad CL, a second workplace equality program to promote workplace inclusion in Chile.
The program was developed by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), whose mission is to ensure that all LGBTQ people, and particularly those of us who are trans, people of color and HIV+, are treated as full and equal citizens within our movement, across our country and around the world.
