HQE
Certificate Description
HQE is a French certification awarded to building construction and management as well as urban planning projects.
HQE promotes best practices, sustainable quality in building projects and offers expert guidance throughout the lifetime of the project. The movement comprises several stakeholders: architects, engineers, property developers, investors, property users, institutions and local authorities.
HQE is organised around an International Advisory Board composed of representants from various parts of the Society: political governance bodies, market professionals, industry federations and associations that represent the construction, renovation, property management and urban planning sectors, representatives of the civil society and members of research centers.
