The Responsible Tourism Tanzania Standards are voluntary standards developed to address the local environmental conditions within the tourism industry in Tanzania.
The standards are compliance with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. It protects the diverse cultures of the country, as well as its natural environment, whilst optimizing on business and economic sustainability.
The Responsible Tourism Tanzania Standards are managed by Responsible Tourism Tanzania, an organization that promotes a more sustainable tourism industry within Tanzania.
