Corporate Sustainability Compact for Textile and Apparel Industry
Certificate Description
The Corporate Sustainability Compact for Textile and Apparel Industry (CSC9000T) is China’s first code of conduct on social responsibility as well as the first sustainability management system.
It aims to protect workers’ rights that they are entitled to, assist businesses in improving their management system, encourage Chinese textile and garment enterprises in adopting responsible business behaviors, and enhance the overall sustainability of the Chinese textile and garment industry.
The CSC9000T management system is developed and managed by China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) in 2005.
