BOMA Standards (ANSI)
Certificate Description
The BOMA Standards are a series of codes for measuring buildings to aid in the advancement of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge.
The standards cover office, industrial, multi-unit residential, retail, and mixed-use buildings under separate codes to provide a comprehensive and consistent methodology for measuring all building types.
The BOMA standards are managed by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, a federation of U.S. local associations and global affiliates who set the measurement codes. Today, BOMA International is the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) secretariat for a suite of area measurement standards.
