Certificate Description
The Ecopetcare Standard aims at defining highly demanding and qualitative criteria, affecting the whole transformation process of hygiene or care products intended for animals.
All of these criteria remain objective and realistic in order to support manufacturers and distributors of animal care and hygiene products in their approach to develop the market of environmentally-friendly natural and organic products. It is based in Europe but conducts inspections in over 80 countries.
This standard is represented by Ecocert, a private company committed to organic farming by offering certification in various sectors including cosmetics, social and economic practices.
