The OEKO-TEX Detox to Zero is an efficient verification system for the textile and leather industry which aims to implement the criteria of the Greenpeace DETOX Campaign within production facilities. In this case, instead of certification, there is an analysis tool for the optimisation and monitoring of chemicals management and wastewater quality.
The standard is developed by OEKO-TEX, which provides independent certifications and product labels enabling companies along the textile chain and all consumers to make responsible decisions in favour of products that are harmless to health, environmentally friendly and manufactured in a fair way.
