B Lab certification is a third-party standard that certifies companies that meet social sustainability and environmental performance standards, accountability standards, and are transparent to the public according to the score they receive on the assessment. B Lab certification applies to the whole company across all product lines and issue areas.
The program is developed and managed by B Corporation, which certifies businesses that meet high standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
