Roma is currently working for the United Nations Development Programme on the advocacy of the Sustainable Development Goals. She completed her Masters' in International Policy, International Education and International Development at Harvard University.

She is passionate about human rights, international law, girls' education, gender equality and international development. She can be found at airports boarding a plane to a new city, learning a new language, snapping photographs or admiring flowers. When she's not travelling, she lives in New York City with her husband.
